Training tailored to you

Every Rep Coached

No Experience Required

Before we talk workouts, we learn about you—your goals, experience, concerns, and what you want your training to help you do.
We’ll recommend the training approach that makes sense for you and build a plan around where you are today.
The plan is ready. Your coach is there. You focus on doing the work while we handle the details.
Not everyone needs the same level of support. Some people want the complete attention of a coach every step of the way. Others thrive with tailored coaching while training alongside a small team.
At Team Williams Training, both options are built around the same philosophy:
Your training, Your pace, Expert coaching.
Personal Training gives you one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
Semi-Private Training combines personalized coaching with structured training in small groups of up to six people.
You don’t have to figure that out before you walk through the door.
We’ll start with a conversation, learn what you’re looking for, and help you choose the training option that makes the most sense for you.
The goal isn’t to put you into a program.
It’s to find the right way for you to succeed.
You know you need to get stronger, but you’re tired of figuring it out on your own.
You don’t want another app, random workout, or gym membership that leaves you wondering what to do next.
You want a plan—and a coach to help you follow it.
You’ve started before…and you don’t want to keep starting over.
Starting isn’t the problem.
Sticking with it is.
You want structure, accountability, and a routine that can actually become part of your life.
The goal isn’t to start again. It’s to build something that lasts.
You want coaching without having to keep up.
You want to train around other people without being expected to do every exercise exactly the same way or
move at the same pace.
You want to be challenged appropriately for you.
You have aches, old injuries, or limitations.
You don’t need to be treated like you’re fragile.
You want a coach who pays attention, knows how to adjust, and helps you train with confidence.
You care more about being capable than being exhausted.
You’re not looking for the hardest workout in Athens.
You want to get stronger, move better, have more energy, and keep doing the things you enjoy.
You’re willing to keep showing up.
We’ll provide the plan, coach the details, and make adjustments along the way.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to keep showing up.
You Don’t Need to Be “In Shape” to Start.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to know the equipment.
And you don’t need to wait until you feel more fit or confident.
Your starting point is simply where you are today.
You already know exercise is important. The hard part is knowing what to do, how to do it safely, and how to stay consistent long enough for it to actually work.
A Traditional Gym
Gives you access to equipment — and leaves the rest up to you.
A Group Fitness Class
A group fitness class gives everyone the same workout — and asks you to keep up.
Team Williams Training
Every time you walk through the door, there's a clear plan waiting. Your coach guides you through it, adjusts when needed, and helps you progress at a pace that makes sense for you.
Your workout is planned before you arrive.
You train at your level—not someone else’s.
You have a coach who knows you, a plan built for you, and people around you who want to see you succeed.
You don’t need more exercises. You don’t need harder workouts. And you definitely don’t need to be exhausted for a workout to count.
You need the right work, done well, consistently, for long enough to make a difference.
That belief shapes everything about how we coach at Team Williams Training.
Getting stronger isn’t just about lifting heavier weights. It’s about learning how to move well, building confidence in what your body can do, and developing strength you can use outside the gym.
That’s why we coach the details. Every exercise has a purpose. Every progression is earned. Every rep is an opportunity to get better.
Fitness has become unnecessarily complicated.
We believe in mastering the fundamentals instead of chasing the newest exercise, workout, or trend.
Do the important things well. Keep doing them. Gradually get better at them.
Simple doesn’t mean easy. It means clear.
You don’t need to have a perfect week to make progress. You need enough good weeks stacked together. Some days you’ll feel great.
Some days you won’t. Your training should be able to meet you where you are and keep you moving forward. The goal isn’t one great workout.
The goal is becoming someone who keeps showing up.
Progress doesn’t always announce itself.
Sometimes it’s another five pounds on an exercise. Sometimes it’s getting off the floor more easily. Carrying your own luggage.
Playing longer with your grandchildren. Feeling confident enough to try something you stopped doing years ago.
Those small victories matter because, stacked together over time, they change what you believe you’re capable of.

Starting something new can feel intimidating.
Especially if it’s been a while since you exercised, you’ve had a bad experience before,
or you’re not sure your body can do what it used to.
That’s why the stories that matter most aren’t about perfect workouts.
They’re about people who had the same questions you may have right now—and found a way forward.
If gyms have never felt like your place, you won't be expected to walk in knowing what to do. We'll meet you where you are and help you build from there.
"As someone that was very anxious about starting something new, this has been a wonderful experience."
Every person I met was kind and helpful, the community helped me become more consistent and actually enjoy working out.
★★★★★
Old injuries or limitations can make starting feel risky.
Your training should work with your body—not against it, with adjustments that help you train confidently.
"I appreciate having a place to go where I know I am going to have a quality workout planned for me with attentive coaches there to make sure I am doing the exercises safely.
All of the coaches listen to my concerns and help me modify movements as needed so that I can continue making progress."
★★★★★
For a lot of people, starting isn’t the problem. Staying consistent is.
We build structure and accountability so you don’t have to rely on motivation alone.
"I always struggled with consistency in my workouts and lacked the motivation to do something on my own.
The group environment gave me the accountability to work hard and I didn't have to worry about planning my own workouts.
Just show up and do the work."
★★★★★
Progress changes what you believe you can do.
As you get stronger, everyday things can start to feel easier—and possibilities can start to open back up.
"My challenge was being able to build muscle at an advanced age.
What I've learned is that fitness goals are completely attainable no matter what age or stage of life."
★★★★★
They want what getting stronger makes possible.
They want to move through life with more confidence.
To have the energy to enjoy their day.
To travel without worrying about whether their body can keep up.
To get down on the floor with their grandchildren—and get back up without thinking twice.
To carry groceries, work in the yard, climb stairs, play a round of golf, or take the trip they’ve been putting off.
To feel capable.
To stay independent.
To keep doing the things that make life feel like life.

At Team Williams Training, we train for the life outside the gym.
Because the goal was never simply to get better at working out.

A stronger body gives you more options. More confidence. More resilience. More freedom to keep saying yes to the things that matter to you.
And that’s why we don’t measure progress by the scale alone.
Sometimes progress is lifting more weight. Sometimes it’s better balance. More energy.
Less hesitation. Moving without fear. Doing something today that felt harder six months ago.
Those victories may look small in the moment. But over time, they add up to something much bigger.
Not at all. You don’t need previous strength-training experience, and you don’t need to “get ready” before you come in.
We start with where you are today and build from there.
That’s exactly why coaching matters.
We’ll learn about your history, pay attention to how you move, and adjust exercises when needed so you can train safely and confidently.
No.
Strength becomes increasingly important as we get older, and your training should reflect your current abilities, goals, and stage of life.
You don’t need to train like you did at 25.
You need to train for the life you want to keep living.
No.
We want to help anyone who values thoughtful coaching, tailored training, and a long-term approach to getting stronger.
But Team Williams Training is specifically built around the needs of adults over 50—people who want to improve strength, move with confidence, stay active, and keep doing the things they enjoy for years to come.
So you don’t have to be over 50 to train here.
You just need to be looking for the kind of coaching we’re built to provide.
With Personal Training, you have a coach dedicated entirely to you for the session.
With Semi-Private Training, a maximum of six people train together through a purposefully designed session, with the coaching tailored to the person in front of us.
In both, the focus is the same: Your training. Your pace. Expert coaching.
No.
Semi-Private sessions are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six people training together through a purposefully designed session.
Everyone works toward a clear training focus, but you’re not expected to perform every exercise the same way or keep pace with anyone else.
Your coach will adjust the exercise, weight, range of motion, pace, or progression based on what makes sense for you.
You train together. You progress at your pace.
We use one intentionally and deliberately designed framework, then tailor your version of the training to your experience, abilities, goals, and any injuries or limitations.
That may mean changing an exercise variation, adjusting the weight or range of motion, or progressing something differently as you get stronger.
One Framework. Your Version.
It’s our training philosophy—built for you.
That’s normal—and you won’t be expected to jump straight into a workout.
We begin with a conversation so we can learn about you, answer your questions, and help you find the right starting point.
Because the right training option depends on the level of coaching and support you need, we’ll first learn what you’re looking for and recommend the best fit.
We’ll always make sure you understand your options before you decide to move forward.
We want people to stay because the coaching is helping them—not because they feel trapped.
We’ll walk you through the current membership options and expectations before you get started.
That’s what the first conversation is for.
The Highest Level of Individual Attention

Personal Training gives you dedicated one-on-one coaching built completely around you — designed around your goals, training history, abilities, injuries or limitations, and the things you want to be able to do outside the gym.
Your coach is with you throughout the entire session — teaching, adjusting, progressing, and making sure every part of your training has a purpose.
Personal Training may be the right fit if you:
Prefer one-on-one attention
Are returning to exercise after a long layoff
Have specific injuries, limitations, or concerns
Want the highest level of accountability and coaching
Simply feel more comfortable training privately
It's a coach helping you understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to keep getting better.
Personal Training. Done Together.
Semi-Private Training combines the structure of an intentionally designed program with the individual attention of personal coaching. Sessions are intentionally kept small — a maximum of six people training together through a purposefully designed session.
Everyone has a clear purpose for the session — but how that training looks for you is adjusted based on your experience, abilities, injuries or limitations, and where you are in your training.
One Framework.
Every session is deliberately designed around the strength, movement, and conditioning principles that matter most.
Your Version.
Exercises, weights, range of motion, pace, and progressions are all tailored to meet you where you are.
Your Coach.
There when you need them — teaching movements, watching the details, making adjustments, helping you progress.
Your Team.
Working beside you, not competing with you. The structure of personal training with the energy of a small team.
Working beside you—not competing with you.
You get the attention and structure most people are looking for from personal training, with the encouragement and energy of training alongside a small team.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to get in shape first.
You just need a place to start.
Let’s find yours.
Your first step is a simple conversation about where you are, where you’d like to go, and what might be getting in the way.
